1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Broker Toolkit Pro (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Broker Toolkit Pro is a digital productivity platform for finance brokers, offering tools for calculations, compliance checklists, reminders, and AI-assisted workflows. The Service is provided via mobile and web apps integrated with secure backend APIs hosted on Azure and Supabase.

3. Account Registration

Users must be at least 18 years old.

Provide accurate registration details.

Maintain confidentiality of account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. License and Usage

EngineIQ grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for professional finance-related purposes. You must not copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service.

5. Fees and Payment

Some features may require paid subscriptions. Payments are processed via third-party gateways. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with app store policies.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by the Privacy Policy. EngineIQ processes data under the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) and GDPR where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and designs remain the property of EngineIQ Pty Ltd. You may not use our trademarks or branding without permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or updates may cause temporary downtime. EngineIQ reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EngineIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or downtime. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or pose security risks. Termination removes access to all services and data.
